DSA - Report illegal content
If Soundtrack Technologies Sweden AB (“Soundtrack”) or any of its group companies provides intermediary services according to the European Digital Service Act (the “DSA”), the following applies:
1) CONTACT FOR COMMUNICATION REGARDING THE DSA (Articles 11 AND 12 DSA)
Our designated contact point for Member State authorities, the Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services and for users of our services is support@soundtrackyourbrand.com.
You can communicate with us in Swedish and English.
2) TRANSPARENCY REPORTS (Article 15 DSA)
In accordance with Article 15 paragraph 1 DSA, we are obligated to publish annual transparency reports on content moderation carried out by us. Such a report will be published here in due course.
3) NOTICE AND ACTION MECHANISMS (Article 16 DSA)
As per Article 16 DSA, individuals and organizations have the option to report information they consider to be illegal content in Soundtrack’s services. You can do this by emailing support@soundtrackyourbrand.com or by using the form below. When submitting a notice, please include the following:
a) A sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you believe the content in question is illegal;
b) Clear information on the exact electronic location of this information, such as the precise URL address(es) (for example to the relevant playlist) or, where necessary, other relevant information about the type of content to identify the illegal content;
c) Your name and email address (except when reporting information that you believe constitutes an offense related to sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, child pornography, soliciting of children for sexual purposes, or incitement, aiding and abetting, or attempting to commit such offenses). In these or other cases where you wish to make an anonymous report, you don’t need to include your name and email address;
d) A statement that you have good reasons to believe that the information and statements in the notice are accurate and complete.
